What is Mar Mikhael Village?
Carré Parfait, of Zouk Mosbeh north of Beirut, supplied the ceramic tiles for Mar Mikhael Village, Capstone Investment Group's conversion of the former Laziza brewery in Achrafieh into lofts of 80–150 m² with a commercial area. The brewery, La Grande Brasserie du Levant, dates from 1931. Bernard Khoury is the architect, Ashada the contractor, and the development is still under way.
What Carré Parfait supplied
Carré Parfait supplied the ceramic tiles for Mar Mikhael Village from its showroom in Zouk Mosbeh, about 15 minutes north of Beirut. A development of lofts sized 80–150 m² plus a commercial area is one large tile order, so batch consistency across the whole delivery counts for as much as the design choice. Ceramic tiles from the showroom's ranges give a converted industrial building floors and walls that take daily use and clean simply.
Carré Parfait is also supplying the development's kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities while the building is under construction. The countertops are Italian porcelain slabs, 160 × 320 cm and 12 mm thick.
Where it sits among the references
Mar Mikhael Village joins voco Beirut, IHG's first voco in the Levant, as a published Beirut reference, and Sèves in Dbayeh, supplied in January–February 2026, as the newest. Faqra Yards in Keserwan, a six-block gated duplex community by Investors Group and Belema Holding, took the full sanitaryware package and is also still under construction. Project teams reach the Projects division through the showroom; wholesale and export terms are set out on the wholesale page.
