Carré Parfait is Lebanon's destination for ceramic tiles, sanitaryware and furniture — an interior-design studio and showroom on the Zouk Highway, north of Beirut. Below are direct answers to what people ask most — location, services, materials, hours and how to reach us.
Where is the Carré Parfait showroom?
The Carré Parfait showroom is on the Zouk Highway in Zouk Mosbeh, Keserwan — a short drive north of Beirut. The showroom is open Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00; Saturday, 09:00–14:00, and closed on Sunday.
What does Carré Parfait do?
Carré Parfait is a destination for ceramic tiles, sanitaryware and furniture, and a full interior-design studio. We design spaces and source materials, from tiles and sanitaryware to lighting, and our factories make kitchens, woodwork and furniture. Our own team fits the kitchens and the other woodwork we make. When we carry out the work, the design is free; a design on its own is available for a fee.
What are the showroom's opening hours?
The showroom is open Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00; Saturday, 09:00–14:00, and closed on Sunday.
Who installs the materials you supply?
For tiles, bathrooms and the other trades, we can recommend installers, or your own contractor can do the work. Our own team fits the woodwork we make in our factories: kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, vanity units and doors. We also design the space and supply the materials.
Does Carré Parfait do turnkey homes?
Yes. Since 2023, Carré Parfait has offered turnkey projects for new homes and for renovations of lived-in homes. One contract and one total price cover the design and all the interior works, from the first visit to the handover. A project usually takes three to six months. What kinds of materials does the showroom carry?
The showroom carries ceramic and porcelain tiles, marble-look porcelain slabs included, alongside sanitaryware, brassware, lighting and furniture — displayed together so you can compare them in context.
How much do tiles cost in Lebanon?
As of October 2026, large-format porcelain slabs at Carré Parfait run up to $200 per m² (from $24), porcelain tiles up to $60 (from $8) and ceramic tiles up to $15 (from $5), in US dollars excluding VAT. The final figure depends on format, tile body, origin, edge finish and collection; the Tile Prices page lists every range and what moves it, and the tiles for a full apartment are quoted from your floor plan on WhatsApp.
Do you work in Arabic, English and French?
Yes. The Carré Parfait team serves clients in Arabic, English and French, and this site is available in English and Arabic.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, and you can also book an appointment for dedicated time with the team. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a time that suits you.

What payment methods does the showroom accept?
Carré Parfait accepts cash, credit and debit cards, and bank transfers. The showroom on the Zouk Highway also has wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance.
Does Carré Parfait deliver, and how fast?
Yes. Carré Parfait delivers across Lebanon, usually within 2–3 days when the order is not urgent; a delivery fee usually applies. For urgent orders, same-day delivery can be arranged. Message the showroom on WhatsApp with your order and location to confirm timing.
What should I check when my order is delivered?
Check every piece before you sign the delivery receipt. For any question about the order, message the Zouk Mosbeh showroom on WhatsApp.
Can I return unopened tiles or bathroom items?
Yes. Carré Parfait takes back unopened, leftover boxes for a cash refund. The usual return window is two weeks, and later returns can be accepted case by case, while that material is still in stock. No receipt is needed, and the same applies to stock lots and bathroom items.
Does Carré Parfait sell stock lots?
Yes. Alongside its collections, Carré Parfait sells stock lots: limited quantities of end-of-line tiles at reduced prices. What is available changes with the stock, so ask the Zouk Mosbeh showroom on WhatsApp.
Can I buy online from Carré Parfait?
No. Carré Parfait has no online shop or checkout. Quotes come by WhatsApp on +961 79 311 101. Send the room's dimensions or a photo of the tile or basin you want, and the showroom in Zouk Mosbeh replies with a price. Orders are delivered from there, and for urgent orders same-day delivery can be arranged.
Does Carré Parfait make its own products?
Yes. Carré Parfait makes its furniture, upholstery included, its bespoke woodwork and its custom ceramic basins in-house, at its own factory sites in Zouk Mosbeh and Safra, both in Keserwan, Lebanon. The joinery, the finishing and the ceramic work are done by its own team. The same factories make wood kitchens, cut porcelain slabs to size for countertops and tables, and make ceramic stairs and wall, chimney and facade cladding. Carré Parfait does not make tiles; its tiles come from factories in Spain and Italy. The basins are exported to Drevex in Castellón, Spain.
How long has Carré Parfait been in business?
Since 2010. Carré Parfait started as a 40 m² tile shop and grew in stages to its current 4,000 m² home on the Zouk Highway, which opened in 2022.
Does Carré Parfait sell wholesale or only retail?
Both. The showroom serves homeowners at retail, while projects and the trade get wholesale terms — full regions and how it works are on the Wholesale & Export page. Coverage spans Europe, Iraq, the Gulf and Africa through Carré Parfait Spain in Castellón.
Is there a guarantee on Carré Parfait furniture?
Yes — a written 10-year guarantee on the indoor furniture the factory manufactures, with parts and repairs included and misuse excluded. Which brands does Carré Parfait carry?
VitrA sanitaryware — Carré Parfait is an authorised VitrA dealer in Lebanon — plus Spanish tiles from Drevex, Azulejos Benadresa and Grespania, with Carré Parfait an official dealer for all three, selected at source in Castellón. Carré Parfait also carries large-format slabs from Ascale of Spain and from Energieker and NuovoCorso of Italy. VitrA and the three Spanish houses each have their own page under Brands.
Has Carré Parfait supplied hotels or large projects?
Yes — from Zouk Mosbeh, north of Beirut, Carré Parfait's references include Rotana and IHG (voco) hotel properties, restaurants and developments across Lebanon and Iraq. The Lebanese references include Sèves in Dbayeh (ceramic tiles and sanitaryware), Mar Mikhael Village in Beirut (ceramic tiles) and Faqra Yards in Keserwan (all the sanitaryware; the ceramic pieces are VitrA). Can I order a custom washbasin?
Yes — Carré Parfait manufactures porcelain washbasins in its own Lebanese factory, in pedestal and slab formats with custom dimensions on request. The Custom Basins page shows the Slab Collection models and sizes.
