What does one turnkey contract cover?
One Carré Parfait turnkey contract covers the design and all the interior works of a home, at one total price. Plumbing and electrical work are part of it, as are the tiling and the other interior trades. So are the materials from the showroom and the furniture and woodwork made in Carré Parfait's own factories.
The line is drawn at interior design. The contract follows the design inside the home: floors and walls, bathrooms, the kitchen, wardrobes and walk-in closets, interior doors and cladding. The tiles come from the showroom's ceramic and porcelain collections, imported from Spain and Italy, and the bathrooms can take VitrA sanitaryware.
The structural work comes before it. A new home joins the turnkey service once its concrete structure is finished. A lived-in home joins as it is, and the old bathroom or kitchen can be taken out as part of the works.
How does a turnkey project run, step by step?
A Carré Parfait turnkey project runs in six steps: a first visit, design and 3D, the quote, the contract, the works and the handover. The price comes after the design, and the signature after the price. One Carré Parfait quality-control lead stays with the project from start to finish.
The first visit is where the brief starts. Then Carré Parfait's interior designers draw the plans and the 3D views, so the rooms can be judged before anything is ordered. A change is easiest to make on paper.
The quote puts one total price on the design and all the works, and the contract covers the same scope. During the works, the quality-control lead follows the job until the home is handed over.
The word itself is plain. In real estate, Wikipedia notes, a turnkey home is one "ready for occupation for its intended purpose". That is what the handover delivers.
Which parts does Carré Parfait make itself?
For a turnkey home, Carré Parfait makes the made-to-measure furniture, wood kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, interior doors, vanity units, countertops and cladding. They come from its own factory sites in Zouk Mosbeh and Safra, Lebanon, and its own team fits all the woodwork it makes, kitchens included.
The materials come off the 4,000 m² showroom floor on the Zouk Highway, where Carré Parfait is an authorised VitrA dealer. Porcelain slabs, cut to size in Carré Parfait's own workshop, become worktops and tables, and bathrooms can take made-to-measure vanity units from the factory.
Indoor furniture that Carré Parfait makes carries its written 10-year guarantee. Kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, doors and cladding are not covered, and neither is outdoor furniture. The guarantee page sets out the full scope.
Is the design work free?
Yes, when Carré Parfait carries out the project. The plans and 3D views for a turnkey home are free once the client goes ahead with Carré Parfait for the works. A client who wants the design only, to have it carried out by someone else, can buy it for a fee.
Six interior designers work in the Carré Parfait showroom. They plan the rooms and help choose the materials against the plans, with the samples a few steps away.
The same designers adjust made-to-measure furniture to the room it is built for. A sofa or a wardrobe arrives sized to its wall.
How long does a turnkey home take in Lebanon?
A Carré Parfait turnkey project usually takes three to six months from start to handover. The span depends on the work involved. Three to six months is the usual range, not a fixed date.
Some pieces have their own usual lead times inside that span. A kitchen or a wardrobe usually takes about five weeks from order to delivery, and a sofa or a made-to-measure vanity about three weeks.
How much does a turnkey home cost in Lebanon?
Carré Parfait prices each turnkey home as one project, not per square metre. The price comes after the design and 3D, as one total figure for the design and all the works, and it goes into the contract. The scope sets it: the rooms and works involved, and the materials and finishes chosen.
That is why the first visit and the design come first. A figure given before the rooms are drawn would be a guess.

- Does Carré Parfait renovate homes that people already live in?
- Yes. Carré Parfait's turnkey service covers renovations of lived-in homes, including taking out an old bathroom or kitchen, as well as new homes once the structural work is finished. Both follow the same six steps, from the first visit to the handover.
