What is Faqra Yards?

Carré Parfait, of Zouk Mosbeh north of Beirut, supplied the full sanitaryware package for Faqra Yards, a six-block gated community of 3- and 4-bedroom duplexes in Faqra, Keserwan. Investors Group SAL and Belema Holding are the developers, and the development is still under construction.

The duplexes run from 225 to 392 m² of floor area per the developer's January 2026 brochure. Faqra sits in the Keserwan mountains above the coast.

What supplying the full sanitaryware package means

Carré Parfait supplied all the sanitaryware for Faqra Yards from its showroom in Zouk Mosbeh, north of Beirut: the WCs, basins, bathtubs, shower systems, taps and mixers. Supplying one development's full package means one specification across every bathroom, batch consistency held across the delivery, and one counter for the whole order, from the first quotation to after-sales. The sanitaryware page sets out the ranges the showroom carries, and its designers can settle a development's specification with the project team in one visit.

Where it sits among the references

Faqra Yards joins Mar Mikhael Village in Beirut, where Carré Parfait supplied the ceramic tiles, as a Lebanese development still under construction. Sèves in Dbayeh, supplied with ceramic tiles and sanitaryware in January–February 2026, is a completed restaurant reference, and voco Beirut, an IHG hotel, is the published hotel sanitaryware reference in Lebanon. Amelia in Faraya is the showroom's other mountain reference. Project teams reach the Projects & Contract Sales division through the showroom; wholesale terms and consolidated logistics are set out on the wholesale page.
